Calgary’s first LGBTQ2S+ ally-ship conference for Healthcare, Corporate and Community professionals.

This three-day conference brings together leading perspectives from healthcare professionals, corporate leaders and community organizers to safely answer questions, discuss what ally-ship means and equip individuals with important tools to become leaders in creating more equitable communities.

Ally Toolkit Conference - November 15th 9am – 4:30pm

The opening day offers a holistic toolkit for better ally-ship in schools, at work and in our communities. Topics covered include; GSD basics, corporate diversity, two-spirit identity, newcomers, coming out in faith, trans and non-binary identities and GSA’s in schools.

Healthcare - November 16th 9am – 5:30pm

The second day will focus on providing resources for doctors and healthcare professionals. Topics covered will include; mental health and addiction, trans healthcare, kink awareness for healthcare professionals, seniors and sexuality, information and resources on providing HIV PrEP, panel discussions and more.

Community Day - November 17th 10:30am – 5:00pm

This is a free day of programming with family-friendly offerings for folks of all ages, including; a resource fair, Reading with Royalty program featuring drag performers reading stories for children, a gender-clothing swap and gender-marker clinic, drag 101, anti-racist organizational change and more.
